TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CONSIGNMENT CONTRACT
OPTION A: A $35.00 non-refundable listing fee paid upon signing of contract for a 90-day period of time. Seller will present item for a sale to Lister with a detailed description of item. Lister will take a photograph of the sale item for the Web Page ad. When an interested Buyer contacts the Lister, the Seller will be notified with Buyer's name and contact telephone number or e-mail address. The Seller will then handle the following:
• Questions
• Sale of item
• Shipping and handling of sale item
The item will be removed from the web site listing when the Lister is notified by the Seller that the sale is complete.
OPTION B: A $25.00 non-refundable listing fee paid upon signing of contract for a 90-day period of time. Seller will present item for a sale to Lister with a detailed description of item. Lister will take a photograph of the sale item for the Web Page ad. The Lister will then handle the following:
• Sale of item
• Invoicing to buyer
• Receiving funds
• Shipping and handling of sale item
Additional Fees:
• 15% of sale price to Lister for above-noted services
• 3% additional fee for payment through Pay Pal
Seller will recive funds from the Lister within 7 working days after buyer's funds clear the bank.
Note: If a listed item is not sold within the 90-day period, the Seller has the option to re-list the same item for an additional $25.00 non-refundable fee for Option A or a $15.00 non-refundable fee for Option B.
INFORMATION FOR CONSIGNMENT SALES
Sale items should consist of good, sound quality clocks, watches, clock cases, movements and other related clock and watch items
Consignments for sale will only be accepted from local residents of the Central Coast of California and must be presented to the owner's place of busniness for inspection, receipt of full description, signing of "Terms and Conditions of Consignment" along with a picture taken by the owner for insertion into the web page.
It will be up to the discretion of B & B Antique Clocks personnel as to what will be listed on their web page.
All sales made through B & B Antique Clocks are final and no guarantee is given and no returns are accepted.
If Seller selects Option A and decides to finalize sale as outlined in the "Terms and Conditions of Consignment" contract, B & B Antique Clocks is no longer liable for any Seller/Buyer discrepancies, money transfer, shipping and hauling guarantees and returns. This contract option is only designed for listing and setting up Seller/Buyer contract.
If Seller selects Option B, Seller is not responsible for anything except addional fees as outlined in the "Terms and Conditions of Consignment" contract. Funds will be delivered based on Option B contract details.
All sales made through B & B Antique Clocks in the State of California will be charged appropriate state sales tax.
